She's been roundly ridiculed for her disastrous version of the National Anthem.
But Josh Duhamel was obviously hoping to brighten his ex Fergie's day - dropping off flowers as he brought son Jack to her Brentwood home after spending the weekend with the four-year-old.
The 45-year-old, dressed casually in T-shirt and baseball cap, could be seen carefully helping his son out of a large SUV, as the boy clutched a small toy.

It hasn't been a good weekend for Fergie - who sang her unique version of the Star-Spangled Banner before the NFL All-Star game on Sunday night.
On Monday morning the backlash prompted her to publicly apologise.
'I've always been honored and proud to perform the national anthem and last night I wanted to try something special for the NBA. I'm a risk taker artistically, but clearly this rendition didn't strike the intended tone. I love this country and honestly tried my best,' she told TMZ.

Her apology came after her performance was roundly criticised by celebrities and viewers alike.
Roseanne Barr - who performed a crotch-grabbing rendition of the tune in 1990 - wrote on Twitter: 'Who saw Fergie's national anthem performance at the NBA All Star Game? I think mine was better lowkey.'
Fergie's rendition even prompted some calls for the anthem to be axed.
Singer k.d. lang tweeted: Would it be so bad if we just dropped the national anthem altogether from sports events.'

As well as the national anthem, the pre-match entertainment at the All-Star game featured a 15-minute opener from Kevin Hart, and the whole thing left Khloe Kardashian 'confused'.
She tweeted: 'This All Star opening is confusing me. WTF is going on? Anyone?'
But not everyone slated Fergie's rendition, with legendary basketball player Shaquille O'Neal praising her for a 'different' and 'sexy' version of the song.
He tweeted: 'Fergie, I love you. It was different, it was sexy.'
While Fergie's performance wasn't to everyone's tastes, the match was an exciting one with Lebron James' team beating Stephen Curry's side 148-145.
