While Sam Wood was lucky enough to find love on his season of The Bachelor, some others who signed up for the franchise weren't so fortunate.
And as they try their luck in Bachelor In Paradise, the hunky personal trainer doesn't appear to be feeling like he's missing out.
Taking to his Instagram account on Friday, Sam posted footage of his own BIP experience.

The athletic reality star shared snap of his fiancee Snezana Markoski, step-daughter Eve and newborn Willow greeting him at Melbourne Airport.
'This is Bachelor in Paradise,' Sam wrote, punctuating the statement with several love heart emojis.
Speaking to 101.7 WSFM's Brendan Jones and Amanda Keller last week, the 37-year-old said he was grateful to not be part of the new spin-off series.
'I haven't been watching it avidly,' he confessed. 'I had a little bit of a stickybeak - it's entertainment plus.'

But Sam didn't seem too sad about not getting the chance to sip cocktails in Paradise.
When asked by Amanda if was glad he wasn't joining the Bachelor and Bachelorette stars in Fiji, Sam was quick to reply: 'Yes'.
'Yeah, if I'm going to be completely honest,' he said.

'Sitting on the couch holding little Willow with it on in the background - I definitely know where I'd rather be.'
After meeting Snezana on the Bachelor in 2015, the couple welcomed daughter Willow last October.
The personal trainer is also a stepfather to Eve, Snezana's 12-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
