HYBPA comedians mock Bachelor evictee Cass Wood

BACHELOR evictee Cass Wood laughed along awkwardly as the Have You Been Paying Attention panellists joked about her reputation as a stage-five clinger.

Cass was guest quizmaster on the Channel 10 show and asked panellists Glenn Robbins, Tony Martin, Gen Fricker, Urzila Carlson and Sam Pang a series of questions about The Bachelor.

Glenn, who said he’s a huge fan of the reality dating show, asked Cass about her past history with Nick Cummins.

“You were in a relationship before?” Glenn asked.

“Yeah we went on a few dates, and yeah,” Cass replied.

“Did you see why they called him the Honey Badger?” Glenn joked.

Quizzing the comedians about her time in the house, Cass asked: “On my hometown visit I got to share one of my passions with Nick. What was it?”

Urzila buzzed in and guessed: “Is it a threesome?”

But the biggest laughs of the night came when Cass asked the question: “I left the show on Thursday. What were Nick’s final words to me?”

Urzila guessed first, saying, “Friend’s zone, b*tch!”

Sam then buzzed in and joked about how keen Cass came across on The Bachelor.

“His last words were, ‘I hope you understand that if you come within 100 metres …’”

Host Tom Gleisner interrupted Sam’s answer and told Cassie, “Sorry, ignore that.”

“Glenn, you watched it didn’t you?” Sam asked as the panellists struggled to get the answer.

“I went to the toilet at this part, sorry,” Glenn joked.

Sam had another go and poked fun and the lack of interest Nick showed in Cass.

“He said, ‘See ya Cathy!’”

Urzila guessed that the Honey Badger said, “Can we hook up later?” before Gen finally got the answer and put Cass out of her misery. “I remember now, (he said) ‘I hope we can still be friends.’”

Last week Cass opened up to news.com.au about what appeared to be a fairly one-sided infatuation with Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins.

“He was giving me reassurances about how he felt about me, and saying that he wanted to keep me around for the right reasons,” Cass, 24, said.

“I said to him straight up, ‘If you can’t see yourself with me, then let me go now, because my heart is on the line’ … And he kept me around.

“There were really sweet moments where he’d hold me, or hug me, or we’d lay down together and have chats, which didn’t get aired,” she said. “It was really, really hard to watch (how it was edited). I wasn’t expecting that at all — yeah, a few times I was pretty awkward, but I think it was unfairly portrayed.”
