Style queen Trinny Woodall has shocked The Sunday Project panel after dropping the C-bomb on-air tonight.
The English celebrity appeared on tonight’s show alongside hosts Lisa Wilkinson, Susie Youssef and Peter van Onselen.
But during the show, she made an epic blunder after accidentally spelling out the “C-bomb” on air.
The hosts were visibly shocked, and the segment has divided viewers, with some left less than impressed by the awkward comment.
“Pity the style queen has no class. Spelling out the C$%# word on TV. You may be able to put on a posh accent but that does not give you class. How very disappointing,” one Facebook user commented on The Project’s Facebook page.
However, others rushed to Woodall’s defence.
“Brilliant! Hilarious! Queen!” one fan wrote, while another posted on Twitter that Woodall was “possibly the best guest @theprojecttv has ever booked”.
“OMG I love @trinnywoodall she is awesome!!!!!!! What a funny and fabulous woman!!!OMFG that spelling slip up,” another posted, while another Twitter user said the snafu “only made me adore you more”.
It’s not the first time Woodall has sparked controversy recently, after the former co-host of What Not to Wear told Stellar she “didn’t know” her partner had been photographed grabbing his ex Nigella Lawson by the throat when they met.
The 55-year-old makeup and fashion guru has been linked to billionaire art dealer Charles Saatchi — the ex-husband of celebrity chef Nigella Lawson — for nearly six years.
But despite the incident between Saatchi and Lawson making global headlines, Woodall, who was introduced to Saatchi shortly after his split, said she didn’t know about it.
“Really weirdly, I still didn’t know any of that sh*t,” she told Stellar.
She said she had only asked a mutual friend one question about Saatchi: whether he was “kind”.
“I would ask that of anyone,” Woodall explained.
“I realised in my 50s I wanted a kind heart.
