Simone sent packing from I'm A Celebrity jungle camp

SIMONE Holtznagel says her agents will be happy with the more than six kilograms she lost in the South African jungle.

The former Australia’s Next Top Model was tonight voted off reality show I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! after lasting nearly six weeks living off basic food rations.

“I just thought I’d lost all my weight from my boobs, which is quite disappointing,” Holtznagel said of hearing she’d lost 6.3kgs.

“I could hear all my agents clapping around the world though, I thought they might be happy about that.”

“My agent was like, ‘imagine how thin you’ll be when you get back (from the jungle).

“He was like, ‘you are going to be malnutritioned, it will be fabulous’.”

During the six weeks, celebrities ate a basic daily diet of soya beans (45gms), rice (50gms), oats (25gms), vegetables (200gms) and Olive oil (30ml).

“I would have preferred eight but I don’t think there is that much to lose,” she added.

Holtznagel made national headlines last week when radio host Mick Molloy labelled her plus size and likened her to a baby elephant.

The 25-year-old lasted nearly six weeks in the hope of raising money for her chosen charity, BeyondBlue.

The four celebrities going into the semi-final on Sunday night are comedian Fiona O’Loughlin, British reality star Vicky Pattison, boxer Danny Green and singer Shannon Noll.

The king or queen of the jungle will be crowned on Monday night.

It has been a week of eliminations each night with Holtznagel’s exit preceded by Peter Rowsthorn, Jackie Gillies, Josh Gibson and Paul Burrell.
