Kim and Kourtney Kardashian jetted out of Cleveland on Thursday, less than 12 hours after their sister Khloe reportedly gave birth in a Cleveland hospital.
The new aunts were seen getting off a private plane at Van Nuys airport just before 7pm, with both women quickly escorted into waiting cars.
There was no sign however of Kris Jenner of Khloe's best friend Malika Haaq, who also joined Kim and Kourtney in the delivery room according to reports.
Kim and Kourtney left Cleveland at around 5pm, just as DailyMail.com revealed that Khloe's boyfriend and the father of her newborn baby girl Tristan Thompson had been spending time with a fifth women during the reality star's pregnancy.

Kim and Kourtney also made some interesting sartorial choices for their trip home to California.
There was a mid-air wardrobe change for Kim, who left Ohio in black leggings and sneakers with a fluorescent lime shirt, but then touched down in California wearing a puffy sage-colored overcoat over a pair of billowing jodhpur sweatpants and a similarly colored and roomy sweatshirt.
She even changed her black socks and shoes to a pair of grey sneakers and socks.
Kourtney meanwhile kept things simple in a pair of drawstring white pants and an oversized white long-sleeved top for the entire flight.
The clothes worn by both women were all designed by Mr. Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, for his latest Yeezy line.
Kim's sneakers were Yeezy as well, while Kourtney broke the trend by rocking a pair of Nikes.

The sisters were quickly whisked off into waiting cars after arriving at the airport, presumably to return home to their own families.
Kourtney and Kim have yet to speak publicly about Khloe, but Kourtney did seem to pay tribute to her two older sisters on Thursday by posting a photo of her daughter Penelope, Kim's daughter North and their friend and Kim's manager Tracy Romulus' daughter, writing: 'GIRL POWER.'
She also posted a quote on her Instagram story that read: 'You let me pass by, so I had to let you pass by too.'
Kendall Jenner got a manicure and partied with some friends after the birth, posting video of both moments to her Instagram story.
Kylie Jenner was similarly silent, but did share on image of herself in a Fendi logo dress pushing her daughter Stormi in a Fendi logo stroller.

Kim has made no mention of the birth at all, and Kris, the business savvy matriarch of the family, shared a surprising Instagram post on Thursday.
After the Cleveland Cavaliers became the first ti confirm the news of Khloe's baby in a press conference excusing Tristan from playing and practice, Kris posted a video from October 2016.
Thge video was not even her own, and rather one that W did for an entirely different reason featuring Kylie Jenner.
In the video, Kylie says the word 'baby' over and and over again.
W posted it to their Instagram account after news of the birth broke, writing: 'When three of your sisters give birth in under a year. Congratulations to @khloekardashian on welcoming another girl to the KarJenner clan.'
Kris then reposted that video, writing: 'BLESSED!!!'

Khloe welcomed her first child at around 4am on Thursday at the Cleveland Clinic according to reports.
This is the second child for Thompson, who has a son Prince with his ex Jordan Craig. He left a very pregnant Craig to be with Khloe.
Tristan's behavior was once again in question on Thursday night after DailyMail.com broke the news that Tristan had been spending time with a young woman in Manhattan.
The pair were seen at the same hotel multiple times over the past few months, dined out together and partied by her side at clubs.
The woman even traveled to Boston so she could watch his Cavaliers play.
Her name is Tania, and Tristan was first spotted with her back in November, and last seen with her less than a month ago in New York City.
Tania now joins Lani Blair and the three women seen getting intimate with Tristan in a video from last October as the fifth women he appears to have grown close with while his current girlfriend was pregnant.

Tania and Tristan were first seen together back in November, when the pair were seen leaving the Four Seasons Downtown in Manhattan.
Tristan and the Cleveland Cavaliers were in town to play the New York Knicks on November 13, and the following morning Tania exited the hotel at 7am.
Tristan followed her out a few hours later, heading off that afternoon.
Tania, who is a salesperson at a high-end fashion store, had met up with Tristan after the game at a New York City club and was then seen ins her work clothes when she left his hotel the next morning.
It is the same hotel that Tristan was seen entering and exiting with Blair over the weekend.
Tania and Tristan were next seen together on March 24 in New York City.
The day before his arrival, Tania was seen at work helping customers and then hitting up a midtown gym.
Then, after Tristan and his team played the Brooklyn Nets, he headed out to see Tania at the club Pergola.
Tania shared video of her time at the hotpsot, and then retired for the night at a local hotel.
When she did leave, she got into a waiting Escalade with a friend, and video shows Tristan joining her in that same time a few minutes later.
Tristan meanwhile never arrived back at the Four Seasons for his midnight curfew.
Tristan broke that same curfew over the weekend when he arrived back at 5am following a night at Soho House with Blair.

In between these two nights Tania also appears to have paid a visit to Tristan when he was in Boston to play the Celtics.
She shared videos of herself at the game, managing to score some impressive seats for the February match-up.
Tania also posted video that made it clear she was rooting for the Cavaliers in the game, and not the hometown crowd.
This all comes after Thompson spent the weekend hitting up a pair of New York City hotspots and holing up in his hotel room with Blair.
Thompson was seen coming and going from his swanky residence for the weekend at the Four Seasons in Manhattan's Financial District with Blair.
They were first spotted by DailyMail.com kissing at the Penthouse at Dream Downtown on Saturday night, and video then shows the pair returning to the Four Seasons in the early morning hours of Sunday.
Blair, 28, can be seen in a black jumpsuit while Thompson, 27, wears the camouflage track pants, Supreme jacket and white hoodie he was wearing at the club.
The pair then emerged from the hotel late Sunday night, and headed off to the Soho House, a private members only club in the city.
Thompson was dressed down for the occasion in a pair of black sweats, a black tee and jean jacket while Blair wore the same outfit she was wearing on Saturday night.
In addition to her spandex jumpsuit she was also wearing a pair of Givenchy high tops, which retails for $495.
Video shows the pair arriving at Soho House and then later returning to the hotel at 5am on Monday morning.
Thompson can be seen talking on what appears to be Blair's phone and furtively looking around before walking into the hotel, while also carrying a bottle of water and his own phone in his hands.
The two then spent some time hanging out in the lobby while Thompson continued to speak on the phone.
Later that night, Thompson headed off to work as the Cleveland Cavaliers took on the New York Knicks on Monday.
At around 8pm that night, almost 48 hours after the two were first seen kissing at a club downtown, Blair was seen leaving the hotel in the same outfit but also carrying a Louis Vuitton bag.
It is unclear if someone brought her that bag over the course of the weekend or she had brought it to Thompson's room prior to their first outing on Saturday.
The woman who filmed the pair kissing on Saturday said: 'I was there and he was on the table right next to us with a group of friends and some girl who he was obviously making out with all night.
'They were holding each other and it was so obvious. They were there when I got there and they were part of a big group of friends. They were talking and being around each other all night. He was texting and talking on the phone and she was obviously looking over his shoulder.
'Everybody knew who he was. We talked about it and everybody watched them make out several times. I have obviously seen him before and people around me were like, 'That's Tristan Thompson'. I have seen him on TV.
'I know what he looks like and people were trying to take selfies with him but he didn't let them.
'He wasn't wearing anything on his head but he later pulled his shirt and tried to hide, but at the start it was was obviously him. I don't know who the girl was but I took a picture of her looking over his shoulder.'
Thompson returned to Cleveland on Tuesday, and on Wednesday night was greeted with boos when he took the court as the Cavaliers played the Knicks.
He then hightailed it out of the locker room when camera crews arrived to interview the players after the game.
