She's a world renowned fashion designer and is responsible for dressing some of the biggest names in showbusiness.
And Stella McCartney proved to be her own best advertisement as she attended the Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination themed 2018 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art in New York City on Monday night.

The dress was tied at the waist and featured ruched detailing all the way down the front.
Stella stepped out in a pair of caged open-toe heels, and she kept her accessories to a minimum by just wearing a glitzy pair of earrings.
The fashion maven pulled her brunette tresses back into a tight bun, and brushed on a simple palette of make-up.

While the annual bash was centred around the theme of Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination this year, the designer's outfit seemed to not follow the theme too closely.
Stella did design the glamorous ensembles that Paris Jackson and Miley Cyrus wore at the event, and the trio arrived together on the red carpet.
Paris, 20, the daughter of the late Michael Jackson, looked sensational in the dark orange gown.
The model's stunning outfit showed off her many tattoos, and she completed her look by adding a touch of glitter with a diamond tiara.

Miley, 25, sizzled in a deep plunging black dress which was also backless so that it could show off her cleavage and pert derriere.
The blonde celebrity's take on the gala's theme, while simple and understated, proved to be a bold choice and made a subtle nod to the conflicting emotions underlying Catholicism.
While wearing a risque black dress to the bash she added religious symbols in the shape of jewellery.
As well as posing up a storm with Paris and Miley, Stella was also snapped alongside Cara Delevingne, 25, and she was even spotted bowing to Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, and Christian Louboutin for their glorious outfits.

The annual gala is always tied to an exhibit at the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
This year it examined 'fashion's ongoing engagement with the devotional practices and traditions of Catholicism.'
The exhibition combines works of fashion with works of religious art, including 50 ecclesiastical masterworks on loan from the Sistine Chapel sacristy at the Vatican.
Those items, which will be on view in the Anna Wintour Costume Center galleries, include papal vestments and accessories, such as rings and tiaras, from the 18th to the early 21st century, the museum said.
The items encompass more than 15 papacies.

Andrew Bolton, head curator of the institute, said in a statement: 'Fashion and religion have long been intertwined, mutually inspiring and informing one another.
'Although this relationship has been complex and sometimes contested, it has produced some of the most inventive and innovative creations in the history of fashion.'
The 150 fashion ensembles come from a slew of designers, including Cristobal Balenciaga, Coco Chanel, John Galliano, Karl Lagerfeld, Givenchy, Christian Lacroix, Thierry Mugler, Raf Simons, Thom Browne and Gianni and Donatella Versace, among many others.
The exhibition, which will run from May 10 to October 8, is a collaboration between the Costume Institute and the Department of Medieval Art and The Cloisters.
