Kevin Spacey is being sued for sexual battery after he allegedly asked a male masseur, in October 2016, to grope him – according to US Media reports claiming to have seen legal documents.
The actor reportedly told the masseuse, who has asked to be filed as John Doe, that he was having pain on his ‘groin area’.
US Media reports that court documents include the claim that the 59-year-old then proceeded to grab the man’s hand and push it onto his testicles, before allegedly trying to kiss the accuser.
Doe reportedly attempted to push Spacey away, however it is claimed that the producer blocked the door with his naked body and told the masseuse: ‘you have such beautiful eyes.’
He then allegedly went to grab Doe’s genitals before seemingly saying something about performing oral sex, TMZ reported.
Doe was allegedly called in to Spacey’s home by a third party, where he was lead into a room to set up his table before the incident took place.
Reports claim that he managed to escape the house with his table.
He is now suing the actor for sexual battery, battery, assault, and false imprisonment.
This news comes after it was reported that Spacey would not be prosecuted for an allegation of sexual assault dating back to 1992.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigated a claim that Spacey committed forcible sodomy in October of 1992, which came to light after he was fired by Netflix over sexual misconduct allegations.
According to Variety, there is still one more case that the sheriff’s department are reviewing regarding relating to the shamed House of Cards star.
Just recently Dame Judi Dench defended the ‘wonderful’ star, and called him a ‘good friend’, suggesting that it was wrong to replace his role in All The Money In The World.
Speaking at San Sebastian Film Festival, she said: ‘I can’t approve, in any way, of the fact that — whatever he has done — that you then start to cut him out of the films.
‘Are we to do what happened when he was replaced with Christopher Plummer? Are we to do that throughout history?
‘Are we to go back throughout history and anyone who has misbehaved in any way, or who has broken the law, or who has committed some kind of offense, are they always going to be cut out? Are we going to extrude them from our history? I don’t know.’
