They'll see very Melbourne weather

That's right, the weather today is going to be classically inconsistent so that's another feature of Melbourne Harry and Meghan can say they've witnessed. If you are planning to head out to see them, pack a brolly as there'll be showers throughout the day. They've already started over Media House.

The couple should be OK with it as they weren't phased when it bucketed down in Dubbo yesterday.

Yesterday's highlights

This trip has already yielded some extremely sweet moments so I can't wait to see what we get today.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex won hearts in Dubbo yesterday, but it was a five-year-old local boy who stole the show, writes Chloe Booker.
Luke Vincent from Buninyong Public School greeted Harry with a huge bear hug before reaching out his hand to stroke his beard.
The youngster then handed Meghan a bouquet of flowers, before throwing his arms around her as well.
But he wasn't finished with Harry, coming back for a second hug, while rubbing his head.

I *am* crying, you're crying.

What they're up to

Today's itinerary is a full one for the royal couple and there are plenty of chances for keen fans to get a glimpse.

They're expected to arrive to meet members of the public outside Government House from 10.30am before a formal reception on the lawns.

From there, they'll visit a local social enterprise cafe, a primary school (cue more adorable kid action) and then they'll take a tram to the beach.
