"I’ve had a cheeky beard transplant," he said on the National Television Awards red carpet, adding that he received the treatment "about a week ago".
The man himself also recently revealed the "scariest thing" he's ever done on TV.
Reflecting on his experience taking part in ITV2's Evil Monkeys last year – which sees contestants challenged by intelligent primates to win cash for charity, but the catch is, they have to forfeit one vital physical ability – Bobby admitted he underestimated the importance of human senses.

The Only Way is Essex airs on ITV2.
