MAFS: Viewers blast MAFS villain Ines over Sam affair - NEWS.com.au

Sam Ball and Ines Basic’s affair has continued on Wednesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight with another secret hotel meeting.

But fans remain unconvinced that their relationship is genuine after spotting a major editing fail.

After receiving a text from Sam, Ines could be seen heading to his room and knocking on a door with the number 1904.

But when Sam opened the door to embrace and invite Ines in for a chat, the number on the door had changed and now read 1902.

Viewers weren’t impressed by the obvious editing mistake and ridiculed it on Twitter:

This week Sam and Ines’ secret attraction turned physical, with the couple spending the night together while Elizabeth was missing.

During the dinner party Ines and Sam snuck off again for some alone time, but it soon became clear their feelings for each other were at very different levels.

As Ines cuddled and pulled adoring faces at Sam, you could practically see the colour draining out of his face as she admitted her feelings for him.

“Every time I see you when I walk into a room, I, like, die. Then I have like six orgasms in my head,” she said.

Ines later told producers she could “see myself falling in love with Sam”, but unfortunately he didn’t feel the same.

“Ines has come on way too strong. It’s sort of a bit of a turn-off,” Sam said. “You know, I’ve said I’m attracted to Ines and now all of a sudden, we’re here. Like, it was that quick.”

Ines has previously tried to justify her affair with Sam, explaining it as an “emotionally charged” connection.

“Everything with Sam and I was done at such a high-paced, emotionally-charged level,” she told 9Honey.

“We connected on a very different level. Like we didn’t really need to speak. We could just feel each other’s emotions. He said it was a very spiritual connection, a very mental connection. As if we could read each other’s thoughts and finish each other’s sentences.”

The backlash over Ines’ behaviour on MAFS has already been so great Nine has disabled comments on posts about her on the show’s Instagram page and she has been noticeably absent from the usual media rounds.

The reality star has come under fire for her repeated bad behaviour towards “husband” Bronson Norrish.

The 28-year-old legal assistant is reportedly struggling to cope with being the target of so much online hate, reports Woman’s Day.

A source told the magazine that the already-slim contestant has “lost about 12kg since filming finished” four months ago, and that “everyone’s really worried about her”.

An Endemol Shine Australia spokesman told news.com.au: “There is a dedicated show psychologist and support team available to every participant throughout the entire production, broadcast and beyond.”
