さらにインスタグラムのストーリーでは女王の戴冠式にまつわるトリヴィアも紹介！ 戴冠式や即位記念式典で国王は黄金の馬車「ゴールドステートコーチ」に乗るのが慣し。エリザベス女王とフィリップ王配もこの馬車に乗ってパレードをしたが、当時馬車を引いた8頭の馬たちの名前が「カニンガム、トヴェイ、テダー、ノア、アイゼンハウワー、スノーホワイト、ティッペリー、マックレーリーだった」と明かしている。さらに当時4歳だったチャールズ皇太子が、イギリスの歴史で母親の即位式に出席した初めての子どもだったことも紹介、皇太子に贈られた招待状もストーリーで披露している。
今週初めには隔離生活に入って初めて女王の最新ポートレートを発表した英国王室。94歳になっても乗馬を嗜む姿を披露した。再び公務で元気な姿を披露してくれる日を楽しみに待ちたい。
