Tori Spelling 'breakdown': Beverly Hills 90210 star reportedly acted aggressively when police responded

POLICE responded to a disturbance call at Tori Spelling’s Los Angeles home.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that cops arrived after a 911 caller claimed the star was having a breakdown.

The New York Post reports that she reportedly did not have a weapon, but behaved aggressively before the police got there.

Sources told the site that Spelling had called 911 herself on Wednesday evening to report a break-in, but that it was just her husband Dean McDermott coming home.

Spelling was described as a “female” with “possible mental illness” in dispatch audio obtained by The Blast.

The former “90210” star, who welcomed her fifth child with McDermott last March, has suffered numerous financial setbacks in the last year.

In November 2017, Spelling was ordered to appear in court over an unpaid $US220,000 ($282,000) judgment she owed to City National Bank, which sued her and McDermott for failing to pay back a $US188,000 ($241,000) loan.

In September, McDermott missed enough of his $US1500 ($1924) monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, to risk jail time — after narrowly avoiding incarceration for the same offence in March 2017.

The IRS drained the couple’s bank accounts in April 2017 over unpaid back taxes.
