Jesinta Franklin channels Marilyn Monroe with plunging neckline at style awards

JESINTA Franklin smouldered at the Women of Style awards in Sydney overnight, wearing a low-cut Versace dress covered in a Marilyn Monroe print.

The 26-year-old model was joined at the star-studded fashion event by a brunette Delta Goodrem, trying out a different look in a tiered, patterned Dolce and Gabanna gown paired with bright red lipstick.

Model and actress Jessica Gomes was chic in leather shorts, a sheer blouse and a blazer, as Australia’s biggest stars mingled at the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Bachelorette Sam Frost looked elegant at the awards evening, teaming a simple navy slip dress by local designer Lee Matthews with strappy heels and a slash of dark red lipstick.

Fitness guru Michelle Bridges wore a sheer, flounced dress with spots, and Anna Heinrich sizzled in an asymmetric black dress, with more than 200 guests expected at the glamorous event.

Model Elyse Knowles looked fierce in an Alex Perry patent, strapless black dress and see-through Yeezy heels, telling InStyle she felt like she had “come out of The Matrix.”

Guy Sebastian went for a 70s-style outfit with a paisley shirt, brown velvet jacket and brown brogues, while wife Jules dazzled in a short, sequined number.

Style queen Elle Ferguson plumped for a flirty, white lace dress with a full skirt, and Sunrise host Sam Armytage wore a grey midi dress with flared short sleeves.

It was the 10th anniversary of the InStyle and Audi Women of Style awards, celebrating influential Australian women.

Elle Macpherson won The Brand Maker award, Simone and Nicky Zimmermann were named top Fashion Innovators and Delta Goodrem took the trophy for Bright Star at the 2018 awards.

Previous winners include Cate Blanchett, Del Kathryn Barton, Ronni Kahn, Elizabeth Broderick and Melanie Perkins.
